WYATT TATTOO LLC / WEBSITE PRIVACY

Privacy Notice

Effective and last updated: October 29, 2026

This notice explains how information is handled when you use www.wyattattoollc.com, prepare a consultation brief, or contact Wyatt Tattoo LLC through the website. It does not replace separate appointment, tattoo consent, payment, or in-studio record notices.

1. Who to contact

Wyatt Tattoo LLC
14528 TX-31, Brownsboro, TX 75756
wyattattoollc@gmail.com
430-272-8780

For privacy questions or requests, email us with the subject “Privacy request.”

2. Information you choose to provide

The planner asks for your tattoo idea, style direction, placement, and approximate size. It does not currently ask for a name, email address, or phone number. The site’s code prepares the brief in your browser and does not send its contents to a website database or the studio.

If you choose “Email this brief,” the website passes the prepared text to your configured email application. You review and send the email yourself. Opening your email application may create a draft under your email provider’s practices. Copying a brief places it on your clipboard; downloading saves a text file on your device. Your browser or device may preserve form entries, drafts, clipboard content, or downloads under your settings.

When you send an inquiry, we receive your email address, message, any attachments, and details you choose to include, such as your name or phone number. If you telephone us, you may provide your number and conversation details. Share only information needed to discuss the tattoo.

Do not send medical histories, diagnoses, government ID documents, Social Security numbers, payment-card details, intimate images, or photos of minors through this planner or initial inquiry email. Ask the studio how to handle any information needed later for an appointment.

3. Technical information, cookies, and tracking

Website hosting, content-delivery, security, and email providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser or device information, request times, pages requested, and security events to deliver and protect their services. The site is hosted through ChatGPT Sites, whose infrastructure may include Cloudflare. Email sent to the studio’s Gmail address is processed by Google and the sender’s email provider.

The website code does not install advertising pixels, third-party audience analytics, chat trackers, or marketing cookies, and does not use browser local storage to save planner entries. Infrastructure providers may use cookies or similar mechanisms for delivery and security under their own policies. The planner does not automatically transmit what you type. We do not use this website for targeted advertising, selling inquiry information, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

The current site does not change its behavior in response to a browser’s Do Not Track signal. No website-code-based cross-site advertising tracking is installed. If tracking or other collection features change, this notice and any required choices will be updated.

4. Why information is used

Information received through inquiries is used to respond, discuss designs and artist availability, communicate about requested services, manage related records, protect against misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Preparing or sending an inquiry does not confirm an appointment.

5. Phone numbers and communications

You do not have to include a phone number in an email inquiry. If you request a callback and provide a number, the studio may use it to respond to that request. You may ask to communicate by email instead.

Providing a phone number or sending an inquiry does not enroll you in marketing texts or authorize automated marketing calls. This website does not operate an SMS subscription, automated dialing campaign, or live-chat service. Any future marketing or automated messaging program requiring consent will need its own appropriate disclosures and consent process; agreement to this notice is not that consent. Contact the studio to change your communication preference or ask it to stop nonessential follow-up.

6. Access and sharing

Inquiry information may be accessed by studio personnel and artists who need it to handle your request, and processed by providers supporting hosting, security, email, or communications. Information may also be disclosed when legally required, to address fraud or security incidents, protect legal rights, or at your request. The inquiry process does not authorize publishing your photos, tattoo images, or testimonial; permission for promotional use should be handled separately.

This website has no data-sale or advertising-sharing integration. Contact the studio with questions about records or practices outside this website.

7. Retention and security

The planner has no server-side submission storage. Sent inquiries, provider logs, and related studio records are separate from the planner. Inquiry records are retained as reasonably needed for the request, related services, dispute handling, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Provider logs and backups follow provider retention processes. A deletion request may be limited by legal obligations and routine backup cycles.

HTTPS protects website connections in transit, but email and device storage have their own security considerations. No method of transmission or storage is guaranteed secure. Please keep sensitive documents out of initial inquiries and protect copies saved on shared devices.

8. Privacy choices and requests

Email wyattattoollc@gmail.com to ask about information you provided, request access, correction, or deletion, ask for an available copy, or change contact preferences. Specify the request and the email address you used; do not send ID documents unless a suitable verification method is arranged. The studio may need proportionate verification before releasing or changing records.

Depending on applicable law and exemptions, including the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act’s small-business provisions, you may have rights to confirm processing, access, correct, delete, obtain a portable copy of information, or opt out of sales, targeted advertising, and certain profiling. Those activities are not part of this website’s current functionality. Where Texas Chapter 541 applies, requests are handled within its required periods, generally 45 days with a permitted extension when necessary and notice of the reason. If a covered request is denied, reply with “Privacy appeal.” Where Chapter 541 applies, the appeal response is due within 60 days and will explain available complaint options. You can contact the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division about an unresolved concern. Exercising applicable privacy rights will not result in unlawful discrimination.

9. Adults only: age 18 and older

This website and consultation planner are intended only for adults age 18 and older. No one under 18 should use the planner or submit a tattoo inquiry. The studio’s kid-friendly environment refers to the atmosphere for visitors; it does not mean tattoo services or online inquiries are offered to minors. Do not submit a minor’s personal information or photos through the inquiry process. If you believe a minor’s information has been provided, contact the studio so it can investigate and take appropriate action.

10. External services

Facebook and Google Maps links take you to third-party services governed by their own notices and settings. They are links, not embedded social feeds or maps. Your email application, email provider, browser, and device may also process information independently. We do not control those services.

11. Changes

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes in information handling will be accompanied by additional notice or consent when applicable. Review this notice when new website features are introduced.
